If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered or it does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return the sunglasses within 14 days of delivery. At OnlyLens we are convinced of the quality of our products and service, that’s why the company refunds the total order amount.

These are the steps in case of exchange or refund:
- Client: send back the order to OnlyLens
- OnlyLens: receipt of the order
- OnlyLens: check the conditions of the order
- OnlyLens: refund the order
The consumer only may return the product intact with all accessories and a product that has never been used. OnlyLens reserves the right to claim damages if the returned merchandise is damaged or shows signs of use.
The consumer shall bear the cost of forwarding. If a different product is requested by the customer and it was delivered by mistake, it will be removed and you will be given the right product with no extra charges to the consumer.
Before you send the order, the consumer should contact us and inform us of the reason for the exchange or refund.

The amount of the refund shall be paid within a maximum of 48/72 hours from receipt thereof, upon verification of the product. Payment will be made in the same form of payment that was decided upon purchase. For purchases made by the method of Cash On Delivery, payment in cash, or bank transfer please provide a bank account number (IBAN, SWIFT) for the refund.
