ONLYLENS SL. is responsible for any file containing personal data that you provide. Said file is properly registered in the General Register of Data Protection of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which establishes the regulations. The data is collected for the purpose of directing the administrative, countable, and fiscal management of the services loaned, so as to send you commercial communications that can be of your interest.

When we need to obtain information from you, we will always request that you provide it voluntarily and promptly. The data collected through the data collection regulations of the website or by other means will be incorporated into a data file of personal nature properly registered in the General Register of Data Protection of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for which ONLYLENS SL will be responsible. This entity will treat the data confidentially and solely for the purpose of offering the services requested, with all the legal and security guarantees outlined by Organic Law 15/1999, December 13, of the Protection of Personal Data; the Royal Decree 1720/2007, December 21; and Law 34/2002, July 11, Services of Information Society and E-commerce.

ONLYLENS SL. will cancel or rectify data when it turns out to be inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer necessary or pertinent for its purpose, compliant with what was foreseen in Organic Law 15/1999, December 13, Protection of Personal Data.

RIGHTS

The user may revoke the consent and exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, to that effect, to the address of ONLYLENS SL., Located in C/Doctor Carulla 47 (08017) Barcelona, Spain, properly identifying and clearly indicating the specific right being exercised.

SECURITY

ONLYLENS SL adopts security levels required by the previously cited Organic Law 15/1999 and other applicable regulations. Nevertheless, it assumes no liability for the damages, losses, and alterations that third parties can cause in information systems, electronic documents, or the user's files.

USE OF COOKIES

ONLYLENS SL may use cookies during the provision of the website's services. Cookies are physical files of personal information stored in the user's own terminal. The user has the option to configure his or her own Internet browser so that it blocks the creation of cookie archives or alerts the user of the same.

If you choose to leave our website through links to websites not pertaining to us, ONLYLENS SL will not be responsible for the privacy policies of such sites nor for the cookies that they can store in the user's computer. Our policy regarding e-mail is to send only communications that you have asked to receive.

If you prefer not to receive these e-mails, we will offer you, through the e-mails, the option to exercise your right to cancel and deny the reception of these messages, in compliance with the provisions of Title III, article 22 of Law 34/2002, Services for Information Society and E-Commerce.

FILE RESPONSIBILITY

The controller of the data is ONLYLENS SL, which has properly registered its files with the Data Protection Agency, which can be consulted at agpd.es. ONLYLENS SL is under no circumstances responsible for the data that the user can store in the various services that are offered, since ONLYLENS SL neither collects this data nor processes it, the CONTRACTOR assumes the responsibility for it. ONLYLENS SL may subcontract appropriate services, in order to improve services; the company subcontracted will act as processing manager, for which it will have to have its contract duly signed.

PROCESSING MANAGER

ONLYLENS SL will act as processing manager with regards to the possible personal data for which the user is responsible and which is stored in the systems of ONLYLENS SL, as long as the services of ONLYLENS SL are the principal location of the file. ONLYLENS SL therefore will assume the legal obligations established by Organic Law 15/1999, December 13, Protection of Personal Data, on behalf of the processing manager -Article 12- not being in any case, therefore, the provision of data supplied by the user responsible for it, a data transfer to the effects that the law determines.

In this way, ONLYLENS SL will loan the services to the data controller in the terms fixed in the General Conditions of the Provision of Concrete Service contracted by the user. ONLYLENS SL therefore will only process data in accordance with the instructions that the user indicates and only for the purposes outlined in the service agreement, not sharing this data with third parties, and always respecting the user's confidentiality. ONLYLENS SL adopts, therefore, all the the safety, organizational, and technical measures in the processing of data demanded by Article 9 of the Law of Data Protection and the legislation that came from it. The CONTRACTOR is therefore solely responsible for the data that is stored or that can be obtained through the the services that are provided in ONLYLENS SL and, therefore, it is he who must comply with the applicable law in notifying the Data Protection Agency regarding the appropriate files and, in general, to fulfill the obligations that this legislation outlines regarding the personal data that is stored.
