After ordering a product, the consumer will manifest its binding to purchase the merchandise requested. The contract is official when the Consumer receives the confirmation that the order is registered in www.onlylens.com
All prices listed on the website include all applicable taxes, other applicable costs and delivery expenses, collection fees and administrative procedures directly applicable to the purchase, not including any taxes or customs fees which apply in countries outside the European Union once the order arrives at its destination. Returns due to the rejection of destination taxes or customs fees would have a 10%-20% charge in the refund of the total amount.
Because of the difference of basic currency exchange rate in different countries, the actual amount of money deducted from your account may be discordant with that you should pay for your buying due to the fluctuation of currency exchange rate. OnlyLens send the products as soon as possible. If they are not in stock, OnlyLens send them as soon as possible depending on the availability on the supplier (manufacturer). The delivery is subject to availability of the products by OnlyLens, which depends, in turn, that the manufacturer will deliver the sunglasses correctly and on time. In special and rare cases, the delivery time may be extended.

If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered or it does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return the sunglasses within 14 days of delivery. In OnlyLens we are convinced of the quality of our products and service, that’s why the company refund the total order amount.

These are the steps in case of exchange or refund:
The consumer only may return the product intact with all accessories and a product that has never been used. OnlyLens reserves the right to claim damages if the returned merchandise is damaged or shows signs of use.
The consumer shall bear the cost of forwarding. If a different product requested by the customer it was delivered by mistake, it will be removed and you will be given the right product with no extra charges to the consumer.
Before you send the order, the consumer should contact us and inform us of the reason for the exchange or refund.
The amount of the refund shall be paid within a maximum of 48/72 hours from receipt thereof, upon verification of the product. Payment will be made in the same form of payment that was decided upon purchase. Purchases made by the method of Cash On Delivery, payment in cash or bank transfer please provide a bank account number (IBAN, SWIFT) for the refund.
The securities of each of the items will be legally established in each case, being responsible for them, the manufacturer or the distributor failing.
All our products are original brand and are warranted for two years, according to law (Law 23/2003 of July 10 of Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods), covering any manufacturing defect. The warranty covers the replacement or repair of defective parts.
